Officials from the Inspectorate of Government led by the Deputy Inspector of Government Anne Muheirwe Twinomugisha and the Head of Inspectorate of government for Kigezi region, Sam Agaba were on Saturday afternoon shocked after finding Kamukira health centre IV in Kabale Municipality closed.
