300 weight resistance reps each day for 30 days:
4 day rotation-
Day 1- Legs, biceps, calves
Day 2- Chest, triceps, forearms
Day 3- Back, biceps, traps
Day 4- Shoulders, triceps, abs
4 sets of 25 reps for each for the 3 exercises per day.
Progressive increase in weight.
